Question about Dell Computers & Internet
If I try to do anything that requires alot of cpu usage my laptop can't cope with it and just restarts. Just playin a game or video can cause this. I've asked dell support and they ran me through a test which showed that all of the hardware is fine so it must be a software problem. Perhaps my laptop can't cope with vista? Could do with some suggestions plz.
Check for viruses with something like Spybot search and destroy,Then go to the hardware center and check to see if any hardware needs updating.

You have something running in the background that is eating up the CPU useage. You need to identify which process is doing this.
Use the built in task manager, using ctrl-alt-delete to bring it up, and see which process is at above 90% cpu usage. Then post back here what you find.
