DIY recycling projects are always cool, especially when you can turn your trash into something new and useful. There are many ways to recycle before, but it turns out there's so much that you can do with recycling plastic bottles that they deserved their own post.
The PET plastic that most plastic beverage bottles are made of is a fairly useful material - it's resilient, flexible, transparent and food safe. As such, there are probably countless applications for these bottles that will give them second lives.

By my reckoning it is 30 ml divided by six which equals 6 spoons full

you will never get the same amount in a spoon so it will be better if you going to general dollar store and get a scale, the cheaper one cost around $2.50 that way you will know the exact amount of the 7 grams.

One tablespoon of Whey protein is 7 grams. So 38 grams would be about 5 and a half tablespoons.

Accurate measured ingredients, fresh and best ingredients (especially yeast and flour), warm liquid (110 degrees), use peanut oil instead of butter (raises well and stays fresh longer), pkg. Rapid Rise yeast is same as bottled bread machine yeast and is always fresher (1 pkg equals 2 1/4 tsp.so use jarred yeast for odd amounts, ie. 5 tsp=2 pkgs + 1/2 tsp from jar). Wheat bread will rise good and drop a little but stays good for slicing. Oster's pan is too large so I cut loaf in half length ways for smaller and easy to slice pieces.

hi m8 ,to give u a rough guide,or a maths lesson,,lol,,if u get a half litre bottle, pour half of that bottle in each leg,that is usualy the amount,, or if u can only get 1 litre bottles,, pour a quart in each leg,, leaving u half a litre left,, hope this makes sense ,, if to soft wen you hit the front brake,,then add about 4 egg cup fulls in each leg,,cheers
