Question about Dryers
Just because a breaker is on does not mean it is working. When a breaker fails the contacts where it plugs into the panel are usually burned. Take a look by removing it. Next check the dryer plug . receptacle it should read 120 volts on each side from the ground lug for 230 or 240 volt system which dryers in the USA are.
