I am not positive that this will work for you, but it did for me. I have a Sanyo tv set that was stuck zoomed in. I have mediacom and a remote that is given with the cable box that was programmed to work on the tv, on this remote at the bottom the "#" button says "Aspect" above it and after pushing it the problem was fixed.
