Im trying to log in and says erro for payment


You need to email customer service and have them check your account. Your payment may not have gone through or the credit card information may be incorrect.

How do I change my billing information?


To do this you must go to "Your Account"
(With the new profiles addition you have to hover over your icon, a drop down menu will appear)
Now, Membership and Billing is the first thing on the screen, there you can click "update payment info" which is located to the far right. Also, under it is Billing Details which allows you to see when you are being charged and the amount of payments thus far.

Payment was taken out of my bank account but I switched accounts what do I do to pay my payment


You can update your payment method on Netflix. Sign into Netflix and then visit https://www.netflix.com/YourAccountPayment

Alternatively, you can call Netflix and they should be able to help with any payment issues. 1-866-579-7172

How do I update my payment information


Login to your account, then go to your "Account" section. In this area it has areas where you can see or modify all of your account information, including your payment methods. Go into the payment methods and make your changes there; make sure to "Save" it when you are done making the changes.

Hello.

First, go log into your Netflix account on your computer simply by visiting the Netflix website: Netflix Watch TV Shows Online Watch Movies Online

Then, click on the profile icon on the upper right side of the screen:

next, click on "Your Account"

Then, click on "Update Payment Method" on the right center of the screen:

Finally, change you payment method selecting between "PayPal" or "Credit Card".
