Probably needs replacing, they just stop working, they fail. Call GE for some advice on a local repairer.

Yes it is all that. The main board has gone down. It is just like the mother board in your computer and just as costly.

Oven stopped working after big power surge. stove still works but oven will not turn on and nor does digital clock

Both the oven and the clock are controled by the main board. The power surge probably destroyed the main board.

Cannot stop on board flash from flashing in

In commander mode, the onboard flash must flash. How else would it communicate with your slave flash(es)? Depending on your settings, almost all of the communications can be done before the picture is taken.

Is the onboard flash negatively impacting your photos?

Digital tuner went out a year ago and today the speakers stopped working, head phone jack on side does work

The sets normally have tuner and sound signals all on one board. Sounds like another board is in order.

I have fan#1 and Fan#2 message on screen. It won't allow me to get on to service mode. Both fans are working, replaced actuator board, nothing. I noticed power board is sending 205V DC, and actuator board...

Check to make sure that both fans stay turning. If one stops prematurely, replace the one that stops. If they do turn until shutdown then try jumping the Temperature Sensor on the Lamp Housing. If that stops it from shutting down, replace the Sensor. If not , there is a chance you have a Actuator Board or a Digital Board causing the problem.
Hope this helps,

Flash board is located on the top of the camera and it contains your shutter and video buttons. It also contains a 330 V capacitor that stays charged. If there is no charge, then the camera will say flash charging. If the camera persistently says flash charging, then the flash on your camera stopped working.

I found a flash board on ebay for 10 bucks plus shipping. To repair the flash involves in taking the camera apart. It is can be tedious but it is rather easy to do. If you are interested, I send you detail instructions.

Digital screen goes off oven will not work stove top is working fine

The "digital screen" is connected to the electronic control board which controls the oven (the surface elements on the stove top will not be affected by this problem). The "flickering on and off" could be any connection that feeds the electrical supply of the control board. Like something in the wiring harness that feeds the relay board, or the wiring harness that goes from the relay board to the electronic control board. It could also be the relay board or the electronic control board themselves. To isolate the problem you would need to check electrical supply to each board at the time of the "problem" when the "digital screen goes completely off." This would tell you where you "have" the voltage and where the voltage supply is lost. If it is a loose or burned wiring harness replace the harness or individual wire causing the problem if it turns out that it is the relay control board or electronic control board replace them. The relay control boards are typically around $75.00 and the electronic control board $150.00 and up. Might be cheaper to purchase another used oven or bite the bullet and buy a new range.
