SOURCE: removing bolt in agitator arm

The bolt unscrews counterclockwise. Hold the agitator by the bottom vanes. If it won',t budge try tightening it first, just a little to break it free.

SOURCE: Need to change the lightbulb located on the freezer door. Do I turn the bulb counter clockwise or opposite?

Right-tighty, lefty loosey...that would be counter clockwise to remove, clockwise to insert. If the bulb is stuck, you may have to defrost the freezer (I know this sounds a bit extreme) to get it out easier. You may have some ice crystals keeping it lodged in the socket.

Use a wrench to secure the nut on the down tube. (Small vise grips worth very well) Then turn the the nut on the end of the hose counter clockwise using a wrench or basin wrench. Make sur the down tube does not turn. Good Luck 25342293-pht23pgnkin1ff0lnpbwz4vy-2-0.jpg

Porter cable pcb575bg grinding wheel. Nut on one wheel came off super easy. Nut on left wheel refuses to budge.....what's the trick ?

Nut on left wheel is reversable threaded.Nut will come off if you turn it clock-wise,,. Turning it counter-clockwise will tighten it.It has reverse threads because of the rotation of the wheel. If it wasn't it would loosen as you used it.

Well we tried adjusting the valves and then it will start and make a werid noise and then will be about to shut off and it doesnt sound right plezz can you help me? its a 1997 gmc 5.7 1500

With the Engine in the number 1 firing position, adjust the exhaust valves for cylinders number 1, 3, 4, and 8 and the intake valves for cylinders number 1, 2, 5, and 7.
Turn the valve rocker arm nut counter clockwise until the valve lash is felt in the valve pushrod.
Turn the rocker arm nut clockwise until all of the valve lash is removed (zero valve lash).
Zero valve lash can be felt by moving the valve pushrod up and down between your thumb and forefinger until there is no more up and down movement of the valve pushrod.
When all the valve lash is removed, then turn the valve rocker arm nut clockwise 1 additional turn (360 degrees).

With the engine in the number 6 firing position, adjust the exhaust valves for cylinders number 2, 5, 6, and 7 and the intake valves for cylinders number 3, 4, 6, and 8.

Follow the same steps as above.

How do you syncronize the chimes to the actual time? I inherited the clock and no instruction manual, The chimes are two hours behind the time.. Thanks

Are the hands held on by a nut? usually you can remove the nut with your fingers or a pair of pliers wrapped in cloth or duct tape to prevent scratching.
Before removing turn the minute hand (minute hand only and clockwise only; do not manually turn the hour hand and never counter-clockwise) turn the minute hand clockwise until it chimes at an hour mark.
Then remove the hands and and place them pointing to the correct time.
If you are uncomfortable with this I recommend taking it to a clock shop or jeweler that sells clocks. If it is inherited, it may need some maintainence (oiling and regulating) anyway.

Upper Spray Arm Fell Off

If you are referring to the arm on the top of the dishwaser (not the one under the top basked) it snaps in. What probably happened is that it fell off and the plastic nut flipped around. The gray plasting thing on the top (that looks like a flower) will unscrew and you can turn the nut around and snap it back on and then re-attach the entire piece.
