It hadn't been used in several days as we had been on vacation so no moisture was under the knobs as may have been the problem in previous posts. Clicking came from the ignitor, and then fire from the center burner and then one by one all of the burner knobs burst into flame! Jenn-Air sent a repairman to the house who said the wire for the switch was shorted. I do not want this range in my house any longer even though the repairman says it can be fixed. I do not trust that it will not happen again. Any ideas as to what to do to get satisfaction from Jenn-Air?
The exact same thing just happened to our same model last night. Did Jenn-Air fix it?

Jenn Air gave us a prorated credit toward a new range which we purchased at Sears. Took a few phone calls and some back and forth, but they were not difficult about it and had someone come and haul the Jenn-Air away.
