Silicone spray. Did you put it between the deck and the underside of the running belt? Not on the surface of the belt ( where you walk ) . if you put in on the top of the belt , then this is why it is slippery.

SOURCE: treadmill is slippery after lubricating deck

You Ubricate it with silicon spray. It is usually bought at a sports shop which sell treadmills. You lift up the centre of the mat on both sides and give it a spray with silicon spray making sure it goes across the width of the deck. You only need to do one line across, not the whole of the deck. If you have used oil to do this then there lies your problem with the slipping issue. If no oil is used then the adjusters on the rollers which realign the mat may need to be tightened usually with an Allen key wrench, but make sure it is centralised, which you have to do while the machine is plugged in and running. Keep your fingers well clear of the let while any covers are removed as it will remove your finger as quick as a flash. Don't wear any trailing clothing either. Adjust at arms length. Good luck

E11 Means that deck bel or walk belt is slower speed that speed window .
2 possible causes:a) Locked rotor from main motor b) High friction from deck or walk belt.
3) Use the calibration software from your equipment for easy diagnostic and correction.
4)Use the owner manual or your step under the Hood ,and proceed with the steps indicated.
5) You can lubricate the Deck or Walk belt. please see your owner manual section: Maintenance.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f7IZWMMrCM0 please see this videos for easy help in lubricating. and adjusting deck belt treadmill.

Can walk on treadmill but soon as i start to run it stops

Have you lubricated the the running deck? The lack of lubrication can increase friction thus causing the current limiting curcuit to activate thus shutting down the unit to prevent further damage, Go to your local hard ware store and purchase silicone spray. Apply Lubricant by lift one side of the running belt spray contents length wise starting at motor shroud to the back end repeat this process on the other side. If this unit shut down again then you will have replace the running belt and possibly the deck

The lack of lubrication can increase friction thus causing the GFI to trip. simple test start the treadmill do not walk on a see if the GFI is tripped in it does trip then lubricate, then if after lubricate it still the you have a worn belt and possibly damaged deck depending replacement price and on what you paid for the treadmill it may or may not be worth fixing.

Where do i put lubricant in my reebok treadmill t5.1

To lubricate your treadmill, start by lifting the edge of the walking belt and spread the lubricant between the belt and deck. Once you have finished on one side, do the same to the other side. When you finished both sides, start the treadmill at around 3 mph. Then walk on the treadmill to spread the lubricant on the deck for about a minute. Then your done.

Lubricating a treadmill

The only lube required is between the walking belt and the deck. You can get the lube from iconfitness.com. Lift the walking belt and squirt some on the deck from each side, underneath the belt in the area where you usually walk. Walk on it for a few minutes to spread the lube around.
