Question about Car Audio & Video
I have the manual... KRX 891 receiver and Kenwood DP-R791 cd player. I bought this new about 20-22 years ago. The receiver will not turn on for about 3-4 years now, and has been unplugged all this time since discovered. Honestly, I may have dropped a drop of water in the top of it like a dummy. This is a very nice stereo system. Are there really fuses in it? Or what else could it be? Thank you.
Yes there are fuses. usually they are glass fuses near the power input on the board inside the unit. but you could also have fried or corrosion damaged other electronics if you have dropped water inside it
