I have the same problem. Can someone send me a copy of the manual? ...or describe the reset process in this log?

I am having the same problem with my remote not recognizing the washing machine. I am on my second remote. Both worked fine for about 2 months, then suddenly stopped working (for the washing machine). I have tried resetting the codes but no luck.

Follow the directions in the remote monitor system owners manual on clearing and resetting the home code. That should take care of the problem.

LG monitor will not turn on.

My guess would be a bad power board. The capacitors will blow on them and cause this issue. If you can solder you can take it apart and replace the caps or buy a new Power supply board for your monitor and replace it. The caps hold power for the monitor and when they go bad they may try to hold a little power until they are incapable of doing it anymore. Best way to find out it to unplug monitor from power and computer and take the back off. A blown capacitor will look like a small round thing sticking up and it will look like its oozing something out of it or the top of it will be rounded and bubbled.

Hello i have a 19 inch LG M197 WDP monitor/tv, when i switch it on the screen is white with a little gray bock that flashes and slowly moves across the top of the screen reading v3.02.0 which i presume is...

I also had an LG M197WDP tv/Monitor with the same problem. It comes straight on when plugged in, but with the blank screen and scrolling version number across the top.
The solution:
1. Use the remote control (check batteries first)
2. Point at the working TV and press either MENU or EXIT
3. Static should be seen on the screen.
4. Switch to standby using the remote, by preesing POWER button.
5. Switch back on using the POWER button.
All should then be working normally

Ya gotta be kidding! You still have a CRT monitor? CRTs have a focus adjustment around the neck of the big tube. The shop screwed it up. Spend $50 and get a nice used LED or LCD flat screen.

Replaced power supply, monitor won't come on.

Could be that you need the disc to start up your new monitor to get it to reconize on your system - It is just like setting up a new mouse, they always come with a disc.. If you have another monitor hook it up and go to the manufactures website and download their driver. This should fix your problem

I solved the problem by not using the DVI cable. I used the D-Sub cable. If your pc does not have D-sub connector then use an adaptor. I not only solved the problem but got the full 1920 x 1200 resolution
