When running my dishwasher the dishwasher tablet is not disolving and entering the system. The dispenser is open but the tablet is stuck there??? I have cleaned the removable parts from the bottom of the system and put a new tablet in but the same problem happens again. This time when removing and cleaning the parts at the bottom there is water present and it hasn't drained is that normal? Or are there other parts there I have to remove....I have tried but nothing seems to budge. Do you have access to a manual I could have for this model? Many thanks
-   Same problem, tablets cake inside, and the water stays at the bottom in the end of the wash...any ideas, tried everything....frustrated. -   karimayoubi

-   The problem I am experiencing is that the tablet does not disolve, nor does the cover open to dispense the soap. Have tried powder as well but that just cakes up. Have cleaned the machine twice without any dishes inside but this has not helped. -   S427k

-   Soap problems... I too was using tablets for my dishwasher. Usually they dissolved, but sometimes they didn't. HOWEVER, what seems to be an even bigger problem is that I was told by a technician that the tablets are too big a dose for my dishwasher and they cause "caking" and a scum in the bottom of the dishwasher. He said to use only a small amount (1 t.) of powdered dishwasher detergent, specifically Cascade. Has anyone else been told this?

hey, I experienced the same problem and I realized it happens when you block the water from the dispenser with a dish. Make sure that it is never blocked and the dishwasher is going to work fine

I have the above dishwasher and it stops half way through the cycle and refuses to drain. The salt and rinse aid level lights are on. Could it be that I just need to top them up. I have checked the instructions but they are not very clear on whether low levels would cause the washer to stop working. Thanks in advance.

We bought a new machine for our little gite in France to rent out. It has never been used and only now are we renting the gite, so started the new machine to check it out. The eco light/soak light flashes and it says that the filter is blocked, but as it is brand new - of course it isn't! Filled salt to required level and that light flashes also. We have tried filling it manually with a little water and checked all inlets and outlets and even took the bottom panel off to check coneections, all fine and obviously brand new. As we didnt try it last year, it is out of warranty!!! Can anyone help - the filter is clean and all connnections are fine!
