Question about Visonic INC Smarthome SecureLinc Wireless Home Security System SecureLinc
Hi Our visonic alarm was showing the battery in one of its wireless sensors needed replacing. I replaced batteries in both the 2 sensors we have and since then it keeps showing error codes for tamper on both sensors, and line failure? which I don't understand as its not connected to a phone line? I cant phone the people that installed it as we had a disagreement and they owe my business money. This alarm has never been any good since it was fitted. Any idea how we can reset it? or get rid of the codes? Thanks
Line failure is related to power not phone line. What is the exact model number?

Hi, No, you just change your number in the user settings page.
Press next on the front twice to 'user settings' put your code in.. then you are on the phone number setting as the menu begins, press OK and change it with the numeric pad. enjoy
