Hello I have the message E25 on my scanner. I'm unable to use it, do you now what that means? canon DR-6080


E25 is abnormalities in pickup motor. If you open the front/top cover, you can locate the motor, Pls check if the connections are okay. These motors are generally very reliable and don't fail.
