Just go on ebay you sould be albe to find somethere if no luck just call the manifacter and have them send you a english manual even if its from china they still provide that kind of service

There are English manuals available for this phone. If you go to http://www.eastenonly.com/ and e-mail them for the english manual, they will gladly send it to you via mail. I'm not sure if they will charge you a fee or not. Hope that helps.
Here is the support page for LG. There are different options for getting in touch with them. I am sure they can give you directions on how to get the manual. I have looked around trying to find one that can be downloaded but didn't have any luck so hopefully this will help.
