Question about Konica Minolta Office Equipment & Supplies
Power comes on, Startup checks are incomplete, screen freezes with "please wait" visible, can't seem to reset it and it doesn't get to the fault codes. Is there another master reset that I can try ?
Power off the machine using the main switch not the one on the side of the control panel leave that on. turn on the main with the utility/counter button depressed. keep depress should see a trouble reset touch get ok. see if restarts if not power off Wait ten seconds power on. if not might have a firmware issue copier OS maybe difficult o to find atech let along get the Konicaminolta firmware

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

There is not a C0876 listed in the service manual. Perhaps it's a C0B76 - Finishing option Punch Unit Board Malfunction.
CAUSE: The shaft on which the gear rides is deformed. The punch unit cannot be driven from front to rear.
SOLUTION: Reform the shaft toward the punch unit rail. This will allow the drive gears to mesh properly so the punch unit can be mechanically driven from front to rear.

SOURCE: c350 malfunction code c-0501
After replacing the fuser unit, if you got a c0501 code you must open the front door where the toner is. On the right side (hinge side) next to the black toner and drum unit there is a plastic pannel/cover. In the lower portion of that pannel there is a hole where a trouble reset switch is loacted. With a flashlight you may be able to see it. You are ment to use a thin screw driver or the like to push the button. You do this while the machein is on and desplaying the code. As soon as you press the button the copier will clear the code and start warming up. Thats it! If you are un certin of the button placement you can take out three screws from the pannel and loosen one screw from the pannel above it and and pull the pannel off the unit. You will see the board and it is the button on the (left), as there are two of them. Tho you only have access to the one thru the cover.
