Do the fans also not work? If so then there is no power getting to unit because the chances of all motors and compressor going bad at same time is zilch. If all is dead check for the on/off switch or thermostat to make sure that power is going past this switch to the other components.

You might also check the obvious and see that the wall outlet is delivering electricity - circuit breaker pop?

Remote control signals not being received by Samsung air conditioner

Try a new set of batteries in the remote... If that doesnt work, look on the indoor unit , behind the filter screen or on the side for a "manual start or emergency start button or switch" If that works, it may be the remote is faulty. If not the remote, it will be the recveiver board on the indoor unit.

Samsung AS09XLN air conditioner lights blinking

Sounds like a common problem I have found with Samsung mini split unit. When powering on, does the internal blower attempt to start, then the unit stops and lights blink? If so, on the circuit card there is a 1.2uf or 1.5uf (CBB61) that probably has gone bad. I have replaced several of these. Good luck.

The compressor is not compressing. Either the compressor isn't running or the freon has escaped.

Problem with samsung aw0503b

Found this on Samsungs site.Hope it helps a little, at least you know the problem now. If your air conditioner displays E1 in the display panel and won't turn on, it means that the Room Thermistor (a device connected to the thermostat that detects room temperature) is shorted or defective, and you need to have your air conditioner serviced. If it displays E2, E3, or any other E error, you also need to have your air conditioner serviced. To arrange for service, contact Samsung Customer Care at 1-800-Samsung (1-800-726-7864). Have the model number of your air conditioner on hand when you call.
