Bad connection to the screen. Re dressing the cable loom may cure it.

Nc6400 screen


WOW, Mushrafrd, you may need to replace the screen, have you ever dropped it? IF you use an external monitor, does that monitor look OK?

Pictures get over exposed with horizontal lines in canon A470


it means there is some dead pixel in the screen. you can change one lcd screen and buy then fix it by yourself.

I have an HP nc6400 laptop that the screen went very dim and I can only see it faintly I tried the fn f10 but nothing changes. Is there any other setting that might need changed?


this happens when the cable that gives diplay to the screen become loose or start malfunctioning, just take your laptop to the techician and get it done by him

Become the system admin to get a new one or create a new one with a reset which is under users in the control panel depending on your OS.

I forgot my power-on password for my nc6400


Reboot the computer press F8 select safe mode. once logon screen shows up hit enter. go into command prompt type net user username *<-what ever your username is replace user name then type your pass word and hit enter then repeat the password once again. you can not se the text you type so.....

That should fix your problem
