The output transistor or IC is dead. Fix it before, it is very strange the motor broked. You must measure volts in that transistor. If no volts, then look for stabilicer alimentation. Thanks.

i recommend you to use a SD memory hub to connect the micro SD memory of your Phone to PC.
in this way you need no Software and you can use the SD memory as a Flash memory.
but if you insist on using a software, enter model of your phone in this link and download the software.

1. Open the disc tray
2. Press 2, 4, 0, 3, 9, 6, 0
3. Select region using ENTER (9 = multi-region)
4. Close the disc tray
5. Power off
