I believe that the TomTom One and One XL do not have the Handsfree option. The bluetooth connection is soley for the TomTom Plus Services which are not compatiable with the Blackberry

Make sure you are in "pairing mode" by holding down the Multi Function Button (MFB) until the red and blue flashing alternately. When the device is off, holding down the MFB for about 5 secs will turn the device on; however, don't release the button and continue to hold until red and blue flashes. Then, you are in pairing mode.

Your Blackberry 8700 has a older version of bluetooth which does not allow file transfer. That is the reason your phone does not receive anything. The bluetooth version on your phone is designed for hands free bluetooth devices only.
Just put your jawbone in pairing mode, usually by press and holding the on button for about 10 seconds. you should see the light flash blue and red alternately.The go to options on your BB and bluetooth then press the ball and add device you will have an option for allow another to find me, click it and when your jawbone pairs put in the default code which should be 0000 or 1234 you device will pair and your set
Place MEX BT in the search mode (Hold down BT button until BT logo begins to flash) Put BB in BT search mode, When BB will identify the BT device as "XPLOD" when prompted enter on BB "0000" and enjoy.
I paired my BT4051 with my BB curve just fine. I held down the power button on the Jabra until the blue light was solid and then added the device through my BB's bluetooth setup under options.
