when i connect to my pc nothing happens, i don't have a user manual so i don't know what should happen. I went to my music folder and coppied all to the removeable disk where it's pluged in but got nothing. how do i get there?

You should see a removable disk conforming to the size of the qleap. Coping your compatable music files to the root or create a subdirectory. Safety remove the drive using the unplug or eject control in the task bar. Go to the music player function. Press the menu. Select the sound or subdirectory. Press menu. Press the center button to play. It takes some getting use to the keys as they preform multi-functions depending on were you are.

When i plug my Inova Qleap mp3 player too my computer my windows media player 11 tells me "Windows media player cannot find the file.If you are trying too burn,copy,or sync an item that is in your library,the item might point to a file that has been moved,renamed or deleted." I have pluged in several diferent mp3 players and i can add music to them just fine. could you please help me put music on this player?
