it could be a couple of problems, first have you done the obviuse and checked the fues box for a blown fuse? if that is ok, turn on your wipers and listen to see if the motor is running on the wipers if it is, the linkage has poped off from the ball fitting , to check this open hood , and look for where the wipers connect and see if it is moving....hope this helps
This sound like some type of relay switch failure in the fuse box, you need check all the fuses and see if they're all intact and make sure none of them are burned out. If all these are not working you have a live wire some where in you wire harness
I've fixed this problem before. You have to disconnect the wiper transmission from the wiper motor. Put wipers in off position, unbolt the plate on top of wiper, turn wipers on then off. In the off position see where the wiper transmission is position in relation to where the park position is, remove the top plate from wiper motor and position it so as to be able to reconnect the wiper transmission now in the proper place.
