Google "GPRS" "Settings" and your provider name. (T-Mobile or AT&T) You should find a lot of answers. Here is one that works for me even though Cingular isn't their name anymore:

I tried the Help Yahoo.com line with 18 tech's waiting to help. First the system said my password was no good. In order to get my request processed, I need my password which the system no longer recognizes. After many tries, the system said it does not recognize my ID. Talk about a major system problem...the Yahoo system cannot recognize my id or password but it continues to accumulate e-mails to my id and password. It's about 5 a.m. 12/24 and when I input my id and password, it pulls up the opening screen and says the screen is blank. The that really irritates me is that the screen shows I currently have 161 unread e-mails and growing but the system has deleted my id and passwords. When I called in last week, a nice lady told me that they were having a server problem and I can believe it. Is there any solution or do I have to open a Cox or G mail account in order to contact my e-mail list and let them know that Yahoo no longer works?
