reset your bios settings put away cmos cell for 15 minutes .also u can reset your bios with jumpoer settings.
check your RAM refix again after clear it and its slot.

You may need BIOS update. Check your CMOS time at bios page.
If time is wrong, set it up and try again. If this is solved the problem, change the CMOS battery.
