Since if did not begin to leak during the DW filling, we can rule out the inlet hose and solenoid valve.

When water leaks from underneath and not from the door, the most common failure is the seal between the DW tub and the wash pump/motor. Replacing that assembly would be the way to repair that problem.

The other possibility is that you have a rusted or broken tub enclosure which is leaking directly through the bottom. Replacing the dishwasher would be your best option then.
