How to make the Spinmaster Air Hogs Moto Frenzy R/c Stunt Bike work.

If the bike isnt working properly, like short driving time and wobbly steering. lay it on the side with the screws pointing up, unscrew the 4 philips screws, the body is glued together so be careful, with a small flat screwdriver or a knife, bend the body apart along the crack going through the middle. Be extra careful in the lower front part because this is were the battery is placed. When the body halfes are separated, lay the half containing the elecronics and motors so you can axess the parts. Remove all dust and hair and othe forein matters. Take the rear wheel off and slide the tire off. With a small screwdriver press the three locking notches that holds the wheel togeather and separate the halfes. put a small amount of lubrication oil (thin oil) on the gyro axel inside the wheel and on the drive gear and spinn the gyro wheel so the oil gets in to the "bearings".Press the drive gear so it sits tighter towards the wheel (not too tight, it has to spin freely. Put the other half of the rear wheel back and spin the gyro wheel with your fingers as fast as you can. it should balance itself on a flat surface for atleast 5 - 10 seconds. if not put some more oil on the shaft, and try again. When finished dry of excessive oil and put the tire back. Take the dual gear that's in front of the rear wheel off. there is a small shim between this gear and the one that's still on the shaft. put some oil on the shaft and spin the shim and remaining gear so the oil lubricates the movement. put the dual gear back.Remove the wheelie gear ( the one with a stick lying under the bike) put a drop of oil on the gear axel that's underneath the wheelie gear. Spin all the gears so the oil can get inside and then remove the excessive oil with a tissue or something like that. The wheelie gear has a spring mounted on the backside, be sure to get this back right (the small ring of the spring shoul fit on a plastic pin in the body and the bigger ring on the cnter of the wheelie gear), and then put the wheelie gear back so it sits centered and conected to the second gear.Put the rear wheel back.Take the other body half and put a drop of oil on the gear shaft thats still in there, spin the gear etc.Put the halfes togeaher, be careful so you get all the axels and pins right and no wires between the halfes. squeese the halfes togeather and screw the 4 philips screws back. Put the driver back and charge the battery. Try it!!!

I popped a wheelie camed down REALLY hard on front ...now it will not run properly...not starting (like battery dead)... when it does... wont stay started What could be the problem?

Motorcycle batteries are actually rather fragile. You probably did one of two things. Either the battery acid spilled over from cell to cell and ruined it, or the shock of coming down hard dislodged one or more of the plates, which would also ruin it. With no battery operating, no starting. If you bump start it, (either rolling downhill and popping the clutch or by pushing it to do the same thing, although you usually have to jump on the bike after getting it going and dumping the clutch at the moment you come down on the seat. do only in an emergency) you might get it started, but you are now running without the battery's "buffering" of the alternator's output, and I would not recommend it. Solution, get a new battery. You might also get the front forks checked, I have seen fork tubes that were bent, triple trees cracked, damaged axles and wheels damaged. Any of those can happen with even one hard wheelie. Its hard enough with only two wheels, you had to try with one? Just kidding, I have been know to try a couple, but in an abandoned parking lot! You can't steer and you can't stop until you get the front end back on the ground, you haven't seen it all until you see a Harley on its back wheel. I even did a few "stoppies" (hard front braking and lean forward and you can get the rear wheel to lift, need dual disc front brakes usually). Fun for a while, but not my cup of tea for doing it more than for a few minutes. Had to see if my modified HD could do it and it could. Scared the ##### out of me to put it mildly.

2002 R1 engine slips on high RPM

From the sounds of your riding style (wheelies, etc.) you have burnt out the clutch.
No matter how much fun you think it is, Yamaha never designed them to be a toy to do wheelies. It is a sportsbike designed to go round corners fast.
The only silver lining is, hopefully the cost of replacing the clutch will stop you riding like a fool in future.

M50 internal kill switch?

That's the Suzuki SASS sensor which stands for Suzuki Anti Squid Sensor which tells its owners to stop popping wheelies on their 700 pound cruiser.

Wide open throttle on RSV

Don't worry - this isn't a squid's how can I wheelie thread. I was enjoying a pleasant ride around some back roads on Saturday and decided to push the RSV harder than I typically do. So in 2nd gear at about 4000 rpm I twist the throttle wide open and the bike accelerates like mad up to about 9,000 rpm, but without even a hint of a power wheelie. Same result going a little slower to begin with, same result going a little faster to begin with. Same result in 3rd gear. (I didn't try it in 1st gear - too scared). Is this typical? I was under the impression that most 1000cc sportbikes were happy to get the front wheel off the ground in the lower gears. Or is that just 4 cylinder bikes? (Not that I'm in the market for a bike that wheelies - I'm happy that the RSV seems so happy to accelerate quickly without getting scary).,Its is a worlwide conspiracy. All dynanometer operators are in on it. The Rotax must be putting out so large numbers that the Japanese manufacturers are silencing those in the know! Not sure why yours does not wheelie. Mine does really easily, although I have a full dual exhaust, power commander, renegade airbox, early Mille air funnel and Tuono bars, yoke and risers. So mine should wheelie. I would still expect yours to lift the wheel in at least first gear. Maybe you need to get out there and spank its little arse in first gear, then report back.,,,

If you mean do they pivot, no they do not. We turned ours by popping a wheelie, or by lifting up the back wheels and turning.
