SOURCE: how can we install new software & game from pc to xperia

Download and install 'Astro File Manager' from the market for free.
Connect phone to pc and save the app or game you want to install to your SD card.
Disconnect phone from pc.
Go into Astro on the phone - you can now browse your SD card or phone.
Browse to the game or app and click on it.
Select 'Open App Manager' and you then have an option to install.

Once the app is installed, you can use the same procedure to un-install it.

NOTE - if you're downloading Android apps from the internet rather than the market, a lot of them are not actually compatible with the X10, but there are some really good ones out there.

SOURCE: how do i get photos off the sony ericson xperia

Rather smartly, Sony Ericsson's installed its PC Companion desktop software on the phone itself, so the first time you hook it up to your computer you'll be prompted to install the tools.

Once installed, you're able to then install yet more SE software, like its Media Go tool, a Support Zone helper and Sony Ericsson Sync - the company's own way of ensuring your phone numbers are all backed up in case you drop your phone down a drain while out on a drunken escapade. Or, in the case of the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini, swallow it.

Media Go is refreshingly simple for a supplied app - it's little more than a fancy Windows Explorer screen, letting you select PC folders of your music and dump them onto phone, or organise your mobile playlists and subscribe to podcast feeds.

Fortunately, you don't have to use it at all - the X10 Mini will pop up as an external drive when connected to a PC, for your easy dumping of media.

SOURCE: is it possible to salvage a water damaged sony

Yes- first thing, remove the battery. Second thing, tilt it on its side so the water drains out. Leave it alone for at least 48 hours. If it is salvageable, it should work once it's dried out

No matter where I download and send a file or game installation my droid RAZR m kit kat version says can't open file. Also wanna know easiest way to transfer everything from this phone to my laptop. Thanks

Make sure that all your phone allows apks to be installed. Go to settings, security, and check unknown sources so that android and install files that are not downloaded from google play store. If there's an error something about parsing, its probably a bad file.

There are many ways to transfer files from phone to computer. You can plug into your computer via USB. You can also do ftp transfer. Google search the app ANDftp

How do I get rid of parse error on my sony xperia

What app are you trying to download?

I was trying to install games from my app store on my tablet why did parse error appear

I would recommend restarting your tablet and trying to redownload the app. Usually a a parse error occurs when there is compiling error with the package (app's data).

Essentially it might not have downloaded correctly so restarting the whole process should skip it right along!

Parsing error

The error "There was a problem parsing the package" is related with incompatibility of the .apk file.If the .apk file is a backup of previous version of android then it is not compatible with the current version of android ICS OS.You can try to install apps from play store which are compatible with ICS.Also please try to check the following:
Go to Settings menu--------------->
Security-------------------------->
Device administration-------------->
Unknown sources----------------->
Check mark Unknown sources

Now try to install the .apk file.Hope it will help

I switched on Bluetooth on my phone and tried to search for my device from another phone. It wasn't able to detect my phone. Why is that so?

because Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Bluetooth is not sufficient to send or receive files via bluetooth. you must download and install a program that allows you to do so.
go to
https://market.android.com/details?id=it.medieval.blueftp&feature=search_result and download it

please rate

thanks
