How do we operate and turn on it i have no manual

The left button under the temperature display lets you toggle between the heat output (high, medium and low) settings. Press the left or right side of the buttons. The center button sets the timer; press the left side of the button repeatedly to increase the run time. Press the right side to lower the length of time before the heater shuts off. The right hand button sets the desired final temp. Again it's an up/down toggle on the left and right sides of the button. Once you get to the desired temperature (in 1 degree increments), the display will return to showing the current temperature three seconds after you release the button.

What is the use per KW Hr on the Honey well HZ 519-20

This unit uses 1500 Watts (1.5 kW) in one hour at its maximum setting. (12.5 A * 120V AC) The total cost will depend on how long the heater is on each day and the utility charges at the time of use (for example, if you have day/night rates).

The manual is available here: http://www.kaz.com/kaz/support/manual/?ProductManualAction=renderProductManualById&ProductManualId=fc5e11ee85619a5101b4c15f217911d6 .

Honeywell HZ-705.....HELP!!!!

Should have oil in it. I don't think you can refill it. If it has leaked out, it's probably no good. Anyway, here are the instructions.

Press the *power button* once to start the heater on high power, continuous run. If left at this setting, the unit will run continuously on high power (1500 watts, 12.5 amps) and will not shut off until the unit is manually turned off.
Press the *power button* again, to change to low power, continuous run, (900 watts, 7.5 amps) and will not shut off until the unit is manually turned off.

Set temperature:

Press the temp/timer button until the temperature icon blinks. Use the up and down arrows to set the desired temperature.
The temperature icon will stop blinking and the current room temperature will reappear after the desired temperature is set.

The heater will turn off and on to achieve the desired temperature.

Set timer: (auto off)

Press the timer/timer button until the timer icon blinks. The hour display will appear. The auto off icon will also appear.
Use the up and down arrow buttons to set the heater operation time between 1 and 10 hours. This function will activate once the timer icon stops blinking. The heater will automatically turn off whn the times runs out.

Set timer: (auto on)

Press the temp/timer button until the timer icon blinks. The hour display will appear. The auto on icon will also appear.
Use the up and down arrow buttons to set the heater start time between 1 and 10 hours. This function will activate once the timer icon stops blinking.
The heater will automatically turn on when time expires.

Hope this helps!

Honeywell Surround HZ2200 / HZ2204 /

A link to an Adobe (Acrobat) Reader format (.pdf) owner's manual for Honeywell® (Mini Tower) SURROUND HEAT™ HEATER FAN Models HZ-2200 (charcoal) and HZ-2204 (white) is here.

Some text from the manual:

SET UP
• The Surround Heat™ Heater is designed to
disperse heat in either a 360° range or in one direction only.
• To select the desired heating mode, slide the Direction Control switch, located
on the top of the heater, to the position of your choice:
– to the right (full circle) for 360° Heating
– to the left (half circle) for forward only heating (One Direction
Heating)

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Select the appropriate heat dispersion mode. (See
Set-Up instructions.)
• With the Power knob in the OFF position, plug the
heater into a polarized 120V outlet.
• Turn the Thermostat control fully clockwise to the
HIGH setting.
• Turn the heater on using the Child Resistant switch
(Power knob). To operate the switch, push down
the two sides of the Power knob while turning it
clockwise to the desired position. The power
light will illuminate. The Child Resistant switch helps
ensure that the heater can not be turned on accidentally.
• When the room reaches a comfortable temperature, slowly turn the Thermostat
control counter-clockwise until the heater goes off. This is the point at which the
Thermostat setting equals the room temperature. At this setting, the Thermostat
will automatically turn the heater on and off to maintain this selected temperature.
• Push down and turn the Power knob to OFF and unplug the heater when you
are finished using it.

Heater shut off but doesn't turn on by it'self

Do not touch the timer, once you do, it activates it. Set the temp. and leave the timer alone, unless you want it to shut off at a given time, 1 hr. and up. Once the timer shuts off you will have to start it manually.
