It could be one of two problems, one simple, one serious.
Repiping is a job for a professional. Another symptom you may need a repipe is orange colored or rusty water.

If you have recently turned off your water supply you may have disturbed some sediment in the water lines causing this problem.....Unscrew the airator at the end of the faucet and there is a screen inside( take note how this screen is in place). This should give you water pressure back!

take off handle and you should see a nylon ring with teeth just take off and put back in the oppisite direction that you removed it its there to prevent kids from getting burnt

Check the supply line and valve to see if any dirt or foreign.matter got into the line or valve when you changed out your faucet. if this is not the problem you may have a faulty faucet. You may be able to back flush the faucet with a garden hose by leaving the hot side open, but you will get wet. If you used Teflon tape on the supply line and it is a compression fitting, some of the tape could be blocking the water. for more info go to waterheaterflush.com
