You may have low ink cartridges or a bad printer, or a technical issue. go through these steps:
1.Make sure you are not low on ink,
2. Unplug power cord for a few minutes and re-plug, see if it worked, if not,
3. check printer head, clean the contact area and try a test print, if colors are off,
3. use the printer head cleaning function, if still colors are off,
4. Your printer head needs replacing.
If after cleaning printer head and doing number 2 and 3 above printer does not print at all,
5. Check the contact area of printer head if it is dry, one of the two possibilities; a) printer head is clogged, which you can try cleaning it with alcohol solution. if still not working, replace it. b) if you have a spare printer head even if not working well , test your printer and see if that one will wet the printer head if changed, but if all failed, it means most probably, you printer has a technical problem (such as firmware issue). Call Kodak support, they may ask you to upload "data diagnostics" under printer tool option and if technical problem if this kind is diagnosed, they may or you may want to ask for a free printer replacement. Good luck.

When printing, printer keeps on printing same page over and over, sometimes it prints something previous to what i want to print. what to do?

bring up the "control panel" on your computer. Go to "printer and faxes" and look for your particular printer. Click on any print jobs that you see in the queue and click the delete button on your keyboard.

If you are having trouble finding that, unplug your printer then plug it back in. Also, restart your computer. Go back into what you need to print, make sure you are printing the correct amount of copies, and print.

This should fix the problem your having. Hope this helps :)

I TRY TO PRINT ONE PAGE AND THE PRINTER PRINTS MULTIPLE PAGES AND IT IS ALL GARBAGE.

This happens when you have the wrong driver software loaded into your computer. Try printing a test page directly from the printer. Hold the 'page feed' button as you power up the printer. This will tell you if the printer is working. If this is ok, try a different print driver in your computer.

After you have this problem again. Go to Control panel and look for administrative tools. Click on services and scroll down until you see the print spooler service.. Right click on this and select restart. Let me know if the printer then functions after this.

This problem occurred when I used a four port hub to connect the USB cable. I tried connecting the printer straight to one of the USB ports on the computer. Items which wouldn't print properly previously are now printing OK. Problem solved!
