Have you tried other places on the net by searching by part number in a web search engine? There may be some private vendors that sell these parts.
I found some companies are not very good for spare parts. This is especially with older units. The life expectancy for most appliances in these times is about 5 to 7 years. In most countries the manufactures are not obliged to supply parts past about 7 years past the last devices of the model in question were manufactured. Your fridge is more than that age!

SOURCE: FILTER LEAKS!
go to the hardware store or even a home depot or lowes and get some plumbers pipe dope........a small tube will be plenty. remove the filter and dope up the areas where the two components hook together. it is magical.

SOURCE: 6 year old dead fridge!
Nope, the fridge was in defrost mode. had sears home repair tech out who showed me the defrost timer on inside top of fridge side compartment. wish my manual had pointed that out! back in business.
PS. used a leaf blower to remove 6 years of dust buildup underneath as nothing else would do it. what a mess

http://www.partselect.com/Schematics/Maytag/54436.gif Maybe this diagram will help you. www.partselect.com I just replaced the Crisper Shelf Frame. I received it very quickly. I am now looking for some sort of support for the whole shelf, because it still seems to be sagging. I may have to invent something. If anyone out there has a solution, please post it.

Behind the white plastic section at the back of your freezer (4-6 screws to remove) there is a drain hole at the bottom. This will be frozen and prevent water from defrost from draining away - we have exactly the same problem. defrost the freezer and ensure this drain is no -longer frozen. I used hairdryer and warm water to clear. You may have a secondary problem of defrost cycle going wrong - the most common replaced part is R1098 or something like that a defrost sensor which is easy to replace by removing the top rear plastic section - 3-4 screws to remove and it simply pulls out as it is lightly clipped in. I was worried about breaking it but it came out with a bit of a tug. The defrost heating element is another part which can pack in. I'd replace the other part first and see how it goes.
