Canon ir3300 paper gets jamed near delivery unit, when removed and checked the delivery unit gears move smooth, but when installed and powered on there is abnormal noise is comming from the delivery unit gears and motor.

these also can occure if the paper from the cassette isn't picked up or if the paper pass the cassette and exits but sensor flapper has slow response.
As first step I would recommend to change the paper pick-up, feed and separation rollers in cassette.
Remove the cassette out, look inside, on inner right side you will see 3 tire rollers. Each roller has nose with plastic hinge. To remove him you need to push hinge on the nose and pull out the rooler to a side.
If they are worn out they will be smooth.
You can remove the rollers from the tray that works and put it into troubled one for test. If the paper jam doesn't occuress you are sure that you need new rollers.
If not I recommend to call service.Because, also the problem can be in paper lifting claw, broken gears,...
