Question about 1997 Chevy C/K Pickup 1500 Performance Exhaust System
Lower intake manifold torque specs for 5.7 liter
The lower intake bolts for your manifold are in three steps. step 1 is 27-inch pounds, step 2 is 106 inch pounds and step 3 is 11 pounds. you have 8 bolts. the first bolt u start with is the second one on the left looking at the motor, then the third on the right is number two, straight across to third bolt on left, back to second bolt on right, the 5th bolt is the far left corner and 6th is straight across to right, seventh is the first bolt on left and 8 is to the right. hope this helps you out.
