SBG900 goes off for every 10 Mins

Hi, This seems a bit strange, when I try to browse different sites parallely my modem break off and gives me limited or no connectivity, I checked with my ISP and he has asked me to change the modem. It is more than one year that I bought this modem with wifi. Can anyone please suggest me what to do with this. Very annoying, everytime I have to reset the modem. If I just dont browse it multi pages it works fine.

Cant login to my sbg900, using admin for login but not recognising password

Try resetting the router. You can find a small hole with a button inside it at the back of the modem. Use a pin or a paperclip to press it for 5-10 seconds so that it will be restored to the factory settings.

Hope this helps! :D

I am unable to connect to my VPN, although my wireless connection is excellent

Double check that you are using the proper WEP key and VPN settings. You can also try using a different channel for your wireless. Many of these systems use Channel 6 as the default channel. Change this to channel 10 in the router. If you are forcing 105mbs you will need to change that to automatic to make this change as in forced 105 mode the only broadcast channel to use if 6.

Sbg900 won't connect with wep enabled

This modem's remote router has a seperate firewall of it's own so what you'll have to do is; go to the to server site @ http//: then hit enter. you will go the the Login Site and you login and can reset or retrieve your WEP key.

Moto Surfboard SBG900 and VPN Client = SLOW

Please see the specicification, also check with you company
IT Admin, to release it to the Max speed or to check the
net work cable, may be too long, also Test the cable with a Data Test meter and conform the data quality. Or change the port from main router.
Otherwise change the whole networking router.
