Your spray arm jets are probably clogged.
Depending on the model, the lower spray arm generally has a nut or thumb/butterfly screw (plastic) that you remove and then lift the spray arm off. I always soak mine in hot soapy water and then flush with hot water. If debris such as pieces of paper, bone, peelings are in there, you'll need to take a tweezer or toothpick to remove them from the jets. The upper spray arm usually has the same apparatus and you can follow the same procedure.

I hope these suggestions help your problem. If so please come back to Fixya and rate my advice!

Happened on my dish washer too. Remove lower rack, remove lower spray arm by removing the center plastic nut, check screws (torx) on outside edge of pump. Tighten these as necessary, mine were loose causing water to spray forward against the tub causing leakage.

Remove water pump have removed outer plastic blades of viscous fan and the four small bolts behind the water pump it seems loose but will not come away, is it just the internal impeller blades dont want to...

what's up led, the large viscous nut is loosened in the clockwise direction. after you remove the 4 nuts on the water pump, you should see one hole on each side of the water pump body. if you take 2 bolts out of the thermostat housing, you can use those to thread in the pump body holes.slowly tighten each bolt equally and the pump should come out. to install a new pump, lubricate the o-ring on the new pump and just push in by hand.

No spray

pump part number is 2107181, the diverter valve # 2136988. You can Bissell and they can tell you who may have parts near you, or you maybe able to order thru Bissell.com. Before you took it apart, were you getting water to spray out of the hose. If you were the the heater is plugged and won't allow water to spray out the bottom.

GE PROFILE SIDE BY SIDE water line tube

Sounds like you are talking about the plastic nut that screw onto the water valve. That nut should just pull off. May have to pull kind of hard then just push onto the new line. Is this what you are talking about? Let me know.
