Question about Frigidaire Affinity ATF7000E Front Load Washer
Good Afternoon K, thank you for your post!
Water in the pedestal could possibly be a sign of a water leakage coming from your washer. The leak may be occurring from underneath or the side(s) of your appliance. Therefore, either the drain pump/hose is loose or there is a faulty water valve. Regrettably, this is not a simple DIY job. I would strongly recommend connecting with a professional to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause. You can often locate a qualified service provider through the manufacturer website.

Hi Stacey C - Does the drain pump make a humming noise? If so, you possibly have a restriction in the drain line or siphoning. Try setting the cycle to spin only and verify if water pumps out. Supposing that it does not, I would suggest contacting a professional to diagnose either the pump or timer.
