Stuck at reboot screen pioneer avic x910bt

Hi, We just bought a vehicle with the Pioneer avic x910bt. It worked fine the first day but then started acting weird and now is just stuck in an endless cycle of the "boot up screen". I'm not sure if it's been updated to 3.02 because we can't get past the boot up screen. I downloaded the update to a SD card tried the instructions on the Pioneer site and nothing. I tried another thread on this site that said "push the menu and map button and the upgrade will start" but it only goes to a blue screen which says "please push reset key again". Can you guys help us at all??? Thank you

Sooooo I thought it was a different model. It was actually a F700BT. Still could use some help? No update on the pioneer website and the youtube videos with updates are a little confusing.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Avic x910bt head unit continues to reboot at

Press the MENU and MAP during power up with the SD fireware 3.02X inserted. The screen will turn white with the words UPDATING, I have all ready updated my unit a year a ago before the rebooting problem. I just go this problem also i evenually got in to boot after eleven cycles of rebooting. My firmware updates were missing for the bluetooth and O/S. I reinstalled both updates and I still have the same problem. Its odd that everyone is getting this problem around the same time. I think its an intermitenground or resistor that is just from aging. Pioneer want a flat rate of $200.00 for all repairs.

AVIC-X910BT Destination Menu-Address isn't lit up. Can't put in an address. Settings isn't lit up can't change settings or enter address. What is the cause?

The only time a Navigation unit will grey out the ability to enter an address is if it thinks the car is moving. Check your connections. If you connected the VSS (vehicle speed sense) wire to a tachometer or generator signal then the unit is getting the same signal as if the car were moving.

Pioneer x910bt. no sound with iphone/ipod

if you are using the av ipod cable that plugs into the usb and the red, white, yellow rcas, you will have change a setting in the audio section for the audio to work, if you go into the AV settings, the first option with say AV1 input, press it until it changes to IPOD. you should then have audio, if that doesn't work, the the rcas are improperly connected to the radio. hope this helps
