Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Ok I am with a company that currently has 5 Roland XC-540 printers that we run Canvas on. Myself and the other tech are having issues with all of them. When we load the canvas we make sure every time the tension is the same but as the Roll goes through it tends to loose slack on one side. We a pretty familiar with the common issues of having the brake on, feed calibration, making sure its equal tension and straight and whatnot and nothing really seems to fix it. Any thoughts? We also see banding in some but not all of our colors its more prevalent in the darker colors like brown and blue, but doesn't happen in dark red or dark blue. WE do clean our machines and change out parts when needed don't know why it is doing that. The last printer we are experience banding and it is due to something else almost looks like ink starvation. Anywho and help or tips would be great
