Followt this step and fix it. God bless you
However there are a small hole in the CD/DVD burner use clip and make click and open it.

  1. Open the housing by removing mounting screws and anything blocking the tray. Press the open/close control to the extend tray, then unplug the unit. To remove a clip-on tray front, brace the tray and slide the panel to one side.
  2. Unplug cables between the front panel and the interior. Remove any screws securing the front panel and remove the panel. If it won't move, check beneath it for clips or additional screws.
  3. Remove the hold-down on top of the disc tray and gently pull the tray out of the player. Clean the travel rail and guides with a swab dampened with denatured alcohol. Lubricate lightly with white lithium grease.
Remove the drive belt (using gloves or tweezers) to inspect for dirt, water, or damage. Clean with a lint-free cloth moistened with denatured alcohol. If the belt is damaged, replace it. Service a DVD tray motor:
  1. Unplug the player and test the motor with multimeter
  2. Unplug the motor plug and spray it with electrical contact cleaner, then plug it back in.
To remove the motor, unscrew or depress the end of each bale and lift out the motor. Replace the motor if necessary.

I cannot get CD from LG PC12-UX system. When I press "eject button" i get "LOCK ON" messages

This message is due to the child or safety lock, do you have the manual for it? There is usually a slide style button on the sides or base somewhere that says lock, or is shaped like an arrow, If you can find such a switch try sliding it the other direction.

I also have a LG FA163DAB what won't eject a CD.

Hi there! I have one of these units and there appear to be 2 LOCKS on it. The first is a general LOCK probably to prevent people from fiddling with the controls while on display on the shopfloor. This lock is activated and removed by pressing the STOP key on the remote and on the front of the unit at the same time for 5-10 seconds. The second lock is a CD player lock which comes on automatically (I think) when the unit is moved to prevent damage to the laser inside. Does anyone know how to remove this lock? It has been on for about 3 days now and it is not explained in the user manual. My CD is stuck inside and I cannot listen to anything else but the CD which is inside the unit!

How to unlock

As far as I understand there are 2 locks. A general lock and a CD lock. The general lock is removed by pressing the STOP key together on the remote and on the front of the unit for 5-10 seconds until it displays "UNLOCKED" For the CD lock, I still haven't found out and the LG Support Team doesn't seem to know either! If anyone knows, please post here.

Eject lock

Get a paper clip and unbend it so you have a straight wire. Then look closely at the dvd tray and next to the eject button you will see a tiny hole. Push the paperclip wire into the hole and manually release the dvd tray.

Jvc kd lx111 deck wont eject cd

I just had this problem today and when I attempted to eject the CD it would give me an error message that stated (ERR 32). Apparently this means that there is something blocking the movement of the screen, a little manipulation should help the issue. Another variable could be the Eject lock feature, essentially a "child lock" for your disc. When this lock is activated it prevents the CD in the deck to be ejected. You can change this by holding down the blue source button and the eject button simultaneously for about 2 or 3 seconds. A message should appear saying "No Eject" and one that repeatedly flashes "Eject on" These two things seemed to help me alot when I had this issue. If those things don't work I would recommend calling JVC, much to my suprise they were actually really helpful. Their number is 1-800-252-5722.
