Xea21s y when i change a roll paper my regester not printing

The receipt paper roll needs replacing.

I assume you are printing on roll paper, but printer acts like it is printing on cut sheet paper. When finish the page, it ejects it, but it is not a page, it is a roll and the paper keeps unrolling, right? There have to be a lever that swithes between cut sheet paper and roll paper. Turn it to the oposite direction and the problem should be fixed.

You might have changed the type of paper or You have to reseat the paper roll make sure it fits correctly into the printer

Make sure you are using the correct type of paper and make sure you have it the correct way around in the printer

Press down on the button located on the side of the terminal to unlatch the
paper roll cover, then lift the cover up and back
Remove any partial roll of paper in the printer tray by lifting up
Loosen the glued leading edge of the paper or remove the protective strip
from the new roll of paper. Unwind the paper roll past any glue residue.
Hold the roll so the paper feeds from the bottom of the roll
Drop the paper roll into the printer tray.

Close the paper roll cover by gently pressing directly on the cover until it clicks
shut, allowing a small amount of paper past the glue residue to extend outside
the printer door.
To prevent the paper roll cover from damaging the print roller, always gently press
down on the printer dust cover to close it.

Were the new labels thermal paper? Thermal printers need specially made paper to work right.

problem is not clear.u change fax roll when it was finished.if fax was printing before ending roll .i think u have installed roll with wrong side .thermal roll only prints with one side which is coated .just see inside machine there will bi a paper for installing roll direction.if not just check thermal head .clean it check its supply.or just replace.it mian jee

If it is now printing blank and was working before the paper roll change then you need to flip the roll over and print on the other side of the paper. This is assuming you have the correct thermal paper roll.

Yes that's right. After you get printer out of paper error message and you change the roll you need to unplug label printer and plug back in and it will print what's in the print queue.

I think you are describing the problem where the print head is jamming, as it is getting stuck in the ribbon, so I will focus on that problem.

I get this problem all the time. The symptom is almost always caused by the printer being run without paper in the right hand side (the journal side). You must run paper in BOTH sides of the printer, or you will damage it. If your printing has been poor (one dot missing on characters), this is also a sign that this has happened.
Please let me know if you have been running both rolls of paper or not, and I can suggest some things to try.
