Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Arrow pointer wont move on screen

I assume that you are using a laptop. Make sure that your trackpad is enabled. There is usually a button near it on the newer laptops.

Laptop wont move or switch off

Hi,
please find some button near the mousepad. this is used to disable and enable the mouse arrow.. You might have accidentally clicked the button which disable your mouse.. so click it again to enable the mouse pointer.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks

To resolve this problem, disable the SnapTo feature, and then download and install the updated pointer files from the Microsoft Download Center. To do this:
  1. Press CTRL+ESC to open the Start menu.
  2. Use the UP ARROW key to select Settings, press the RIGHT ARROW key to select Control Panel, and then press ENTER.
  3. Use the ARROW keys to select the Keyboard icon, and then press ENTER.
  4. Press SHIFT+TAB, press RIGHT ARROW, and then press RIGHT ARROW to select the Pointer Activity tab.
  5. Press TAB three times, and then press SPACE BAR to clear the Snap pointer to default button in dialog boxes check box.
  6. Press TAB twice, and then press ENTER.
  7. Close Control Panel.
  8. Download and install the 11p32upd.exe file from the Microsoft Download Center.

NOTE: After you install the 11p32upd.exe file, you can use the Mouse tool in Control Panel to enable the SnapTo feature.

My touchpad jumps around or the arrow won't move

Keep the palms of your hands away from your touchpad.
Just being "close" to the touchpad is enough to move the mouse-pointer.
