Hi,

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

Trouble code p0135, p0303, and p0115

your guessing and then ask us to guess?
why not look in the FSM , it answers that.
or at alldata.com
im there now...

303 is cylinder #3 Misfire. can be caused by 3 things. (ask)
135 is front oxygen sensor heater bad, or wires to are BAD.
115 ECT coolant sensor reads shorted. (beyond north pole cold)
bad ECT , bad wires to it or ECU power it , wrong, dead or weak.

fix 115 first. , then 135 (both are hard failures, DEAD)
last : ever do a tune up, every?
303 can be , just a bad spark plug , injector or burned valve.

the tests for both 115 and 135 , are in the FSM and presented
at alldata.com.
in fact the tests are same for all cars. 1996 and newer in uSA.
are you handy?
or just want us to take a wild guess.
here is my wild guess.
1: ECT wires shorted.
2: front 0xy sensor is bad. replace it.
3: a tune up fixes, 303, (new spark plugs, wires cap and rotor) and air/fuel filters. like magic the #3 stops misfiriing... (your lucky day not a burned valve and $1500 fix)
all my guesses are wrong, but felt id do it to show the folly.
better is the RTM read the manual, do the tests and find truth.
we never guess. we do that tests.

D7160 error messages showing put the papers facing down , its correct selection from our side but keeps showing the messges

Print a self-test report. See the section on how to use these solutions at the beginning of this document.
  • If the self-test report prints , try printing the original document again. If the issue is resolved, there is no need to continue troubleshooting.
  • If the self-test report prints, but the original document does not , continue to the next solution in this document.
  • If the self-test report does not print , try printing the report again. Listen for the rubber paper-pick rollers; you should be able to hear them rotating. Then, try slowly pushing the paper farther in until the roller engages to pick up the paper. Be careful not to push the paper in too far, which can cause paper jams.
    • If the self-test report does not print when slowly pushing the paper farther in , repeat the previous steps to clean the rollers again. If the issue continues after repeated cleaning, skip the next solution in this document, and then service the product.
    • If the self-test report prints when slowly pushing the paper farther in , try printing the original document again. The paper might not have been loaded far enough into the product. If the issue is resolved, there is no need to continue troubleshooting.
    • If the paper only feeds through the product when you slowly push it farther in , repeat the previous steps to clean the rollers again. If the issue continues after repeated cleaning, skip the next solution in this document, and then service the product.

Code 24 and 25 (blend door actuator)are showing up

yes, IP must come out.

Actuator —Electronic Blend Door Removal
  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Section 414-01 .
  1. Remove the instrument panel. For additional information, refer to Section 501-12 .
  1. Disconnect the connector
But, you sure it's the blend door actuator?

Electronic Automatic Temperature Control Module Self-Test
  • The EATC module self-test will not detect concerns associated with data link messages like engine coolant temperature or vehicle speed signals. A scan tool must be used to retrieve these concerns.
  • The EATC module self-test will detect concerns in the system control functions and will display hard diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) in addition to intermittent diagnostic trouble codes for concerns that occur during system operation. The vehicle interior temperature should be between 4°-32°C (40-90°F) when carrying out the self-test. If the temperatures are not within the specified ranges, false in-car temperature sensor DTCs will be displayed.
  • The self-test can be initiated at any time. Normal operation of the system stops when the self-test is activated.
  • To enter the self-test, press the OFF and FLOOR buttons simultaneously and then press the AUTOMATIC button within two seconds. The display will show a pulse tracer going around the center of the display window. The test may run as long as 30 seconds. Record all DTCs displayed.
  • If any DTCs appear during the self-test, follow the diagnostics procedure given under ACTION for each DTC given.
  • If a condition exists but no DTCs appear during the self-test, refer to the Symptom Chart Condition: The EATC System Is Inoperative, Intermittent or Improper Operation.
  • To exit self-test and retain all intermittent DTCs, push the blue (cooler) button. The control will exit self-test, retain all intermittent diagnostic trouble codes and then turn OFF (display blank).
  • To exit the self-test and clear all DTCs, press the DEFROST button. The vacuum fluorescent display window will show 888 and all function symbols for one second. Then, the EATC control assembly will turn OFF (display blank) and all DTCs will be cleared.
  • Always exit the self-test before powering the system down (system turned OFF).
  • Intermittent DTCs will be deleted after 80 ignition switch ON cycles after the intermittent condition occurs.
Connect a fused jumper wire between EATC module C228 pin 26, circuit 246 (VT) and EATC module C227 pin 2, circuit 54 (LG/YE). Connect a second fused jumper wire between EATC module C228 pin 13, circuit 245 (BN/LG) and EATC module C227 pin 3, circuit 57 (BK).
  • Does the actuator motor move in the clockwise direction?
