It must be in the manual. I can't find the manual from the 35G, but the LGE400. There you have to remove the back side if the phone, before you can place / remove the sim and or memory card. Read the manual carefully because if you place the card the wrong way around, you will damage the card and the phone.
Please next time place in the correct category.

Files on SD card not appearing?

try to unmount your SD card from device storage settings from your phone and re mount it. Also make sure you are seating the SD card correctly, it could be that the SD card reader on the phone is damaged. However you can check this by inserting a different SD card and if that doesnt work. Its likely the SD card reader that has the problem.

How do I take this apart so I can try and fix usb power port

Go on youtube. There seems to be videos on taking apart just about anything. I would give you a link but you do not state what laptop you have. They are all a little different when it comes to taking them apart. Take pictures as your disassemble, it makes it easier to put it back together if you have a reference photos of how it all looked before you started.

My phone keeps telling me that my SD card has been removed but it hasn't been. I've tried taking it out and putting it back in but it keeps telling me the same thing

maybe because your phone don't recognize your SD card anymore. try to put your SD card to other phone and try if the other phone recognize your SD card, if the other phone don't recognize your SD card, the problem is in your SD card. you should buy a new SD card if that's the case. Also try to put a different SD card on your phone and you'll see your phone will recognize the different SD card.
Kindly rate this post. Thank you for your question and I hope I help you a lot.

Memory card renders camera non-functional (std sd card)

There are memory card utilities that can fix the card, but you have to use a card reader with your computer. Here is a link:
As you can see, there are many sites, and some have free trials. That's about all you can do, unless you buy another card. If another card doesn't work, you might have a physical short on the memory pins inside the camera, and that's requires taking the camera apart, and straightening them. There's not much to taking the case apart, but you might have to disconnect a ribbon cable or two. You can pry the cover off the memory card holder, and see the contact legs.
That's about all I can think of, good luck, and hope this helps.
