Problem for Samsung UpStage? SPH-m620 Cellular Phone
Wont turn on
so i have the red upstage and well it wont turn on. I have held the end button hit the reset button. And nothing is working i need my phone to work helppp plzzzzzz.

yessssssss!! i just fixed mine ... i had the same problem as u guys and gals sry .. and ya all you have to do is hold power and tap reset it works........ let me know if it doesnt on aim.. brickchuck2 .. good luck sprinters lol

Yeah I took mine to the Sprint store here and he just hit the reset button.

well they gave me the new red phone and took mi black, and then the same thing happened to the red one, so you have to take something like an earring and push it into the reset button until you hear the low noise of the cick and hold it in and press the end button and the phone will work!!!

well i took mine to the sprint store and they kept it and told me to come back in an hour but when I came back they just gave me another phone. I lost all my contacts but the only thing I still have is the pics and videos that I uploaded. Soo RIP to mi old phone.

Hey it's michi again i just tried tapping the reset while pressing end and it worked but it took me a few tries tapping the reset with a paper clip and an earing did not work it finnally worked when i tapped it with a pointy little tool i found in my mom's eyeglasses repair kit lol thanks for the tip made my day lol

I have a samsung sgh d807 and my cell phone wont turn on, I have had it charging without the phone being on thinking that it may be the battery but even after 6 hours it still wont turn on. Any suggestions?

I was sending a text and i noticed it kept saying failed so i tried to resend thinking i was in an area which didnt have that great of service, as it was sending it froze on the sending screen and it took me a great deal just to turn it off. Then it wasnt completely shut up it was froze on the TELUS screen so i pressed flip and it hasnt worked since. Ive pressed the powere button, ive held down the power button. Ive reset it. Ive plugged it into the charger and take it out of the charger and it still wont work. Even when it is oplugeed into the charger, it doesnt tell me that its charging. Its a brand new phone and i dont know what the warranty is for a pay and talk client and im pretty stressed out about seeings how i have my whole schedule on it. HELP ASAP PLEASE!

when i woke up this morning i was unable to make calls from my upstage it gave me message "call not compleated" i tried to text gave me message " no network connection" so i turned it off and yes both bateries were fully charged and now it wont turn on at all heeelp me please i have no insurance on my phone and it would take 3 weeks for the manufacters warrnty and i have to mail my phone to them

I have a Motorola V710 cell phone. It won't turn on. The battery is charged and is good. Had that checked. I thought I would take it apart but can't fiqure out how to take it completely apart. Can someone help me with this situation?

Just out of the blue, I tried to call some one and it said that Call cannot be completed out of range, so I tried and tried to get it to work. That wouldn't work, so I turned it off and when I tried to turn it back on...it wouldnt come back on. I put it on the charger, and I hear the little noise it makes but it dosen't light up. Ive tried to reset it, but that dosen work either. And there is no battery to take out...What do i do?

My Up Stage started to freeze here lately. I haven't dropped it or gotten it wet or ANYTHING. I turned it off the other day to see if it would turn back on and work better... AND IT WONT TURN ON!! HELP!!! I have hit reset and held the button down to turn it back on 100 times. HELP HELP HELP!
