How do I attach the wheel caps to the elliptical frame?

Should be C-clips holding the wheels on that the caps just pop over to hold everything on.

How do you know if the CAPS LOCK button has been activated: do not see any indicator ?

I have the same keyboard and it does not have a caps lock lamp.
The only way of knowing if the caps lock is on is to type something in a text window although some websites will tell you if your caps lock is on as this can cause errors when entering passwords etc.

Not turning on at all

check your power supply. remove it then remove the metal plates on top of the psu. ill bet you find 2x 1000uf 35V ,4 x 1000uf 10V and 3x 670uf 35V capacitors that are swollen or leaking. if you replace the 1000uf caps it will work but if the 670uf caps are swollen as well its a good idea to replace them as well. the 1000uf capacitors can be bought at radio shack for around 10 dollars. you can use the 1000uf 35V caps for the 1000uf 10V caps if you cant find the 10V ones . the 35V caps are a little bit bigger but still work . you will need a good soldering iron (35-60 watts) and a good desoldering tool . easy to do if you know how to solder.

I suspect you may have 2 capacitors in your control module that need to be replaced. When these caps start to go bad it will often show up as a problem with the sound. However, when they get really bad they can prevent the TV from turning on. Please see the link below, posted by stiv0. It gives detailed instructions on how to replace these caps and to tell if they're getting bad. If you follow these instructions you can take the back off the TV and check out the caps. If the tops of the caps are bulging they need to be replaced. Just be sure to replace them with the correct value (1000uf) and use caps that are rated at a higher voltage than the originals. I replace the 10v caps in my FLM 373B with 30V caps just to be on the safe side. If you know how to solder this is an easy and inexpensive fix. If you don't know how to solder find a friend who does. These caps have positive and negative terminals. It's important you solder the new caps in with the correct polarity. Stiv0 gives instructions on this. Even if the caps aren't bulging this fix is so inexpensive, less than 10$, that you may want to try it anyway. I hope this helps you out.

No power

Sometimes is the caps. in the power supply. If you know a little electronics and can find the power supply, look to see if the caps. are bad. They will have a crown on top or not flat.Caps sometimes leak and you can't even tell if there bad with out testing them, It can be anywhere from 4 to 6 caps. bad. Not a hard fix if you know what your looking for. Good luck, hope this is helpful.

Also MAKE sure the new caps are correct polarity. If uncertain on polarity, soldering etc a friend can help maybe?? If on a single channel could be any one of them

The DM board is the one with the digital connectors on the back panel. If you already have it appart, you may as well check the caps on all of the boards. The caps that go bad are typically Jamicon brand caps in 1000 uF and 330 uF values. There are also a couple of 3300 uF caps in the PS that cause problems.
