How to prevent this happen?
or maybe the product's quality is not that good, should get a new one. I am afraid that the black powder get into my juice; it's dangerous.

very possible the rubber on bottom has gotten wet then dry then wet then dry and started to degrade a bit.

The Black Powder is likely to be Carbon dust from the Brushes which connect to the motor commutator. It is not dangerous in the quantities you will find. There could be a problem with the commutator segments coming loose and causing this problem. It would be worthwhile having a service if the product has any value left in it.
