Question about Kyocera Jax Cell Phone
My problem is I cant power up my phone even when plugged in. it had a full charge on it when the problem started so I doubt its dirty battery terminals that's stopping it from responding to even being plugged up. PLEASE SEND ME A LIST OF AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTERS IN MY AREA PLEASE.i think this is going to be the only way for me to communicate my problem clearly since I cant seem to get you to understand and get me a reasonable solution that is not an automated response.
The most common reason a phone won't power on is when the battery is completely dead and a wall charger, not plugged into a computer, is the only way to get it to charge. If plugging it into a wall get's you nothing, then you can try and remove the battery for 10-20 seconds or hold the power button down for 20 seconds to hard reset the device. I would also try purchasing a new charger or take it to your service providers stores and have them try a different charger. Your local providers stores also have repair services if nothing else works.
