You can either temporarily hide the ads that keep popping up on your Yahoo Mail page or block them permanently. To know how, refer to the steps below.
To temporarily hide ads (for free email accounts):
1)Sign in to your Yahoo Mail account
2)When, while viewing your list of emails or a particular email, an ad pops up, you can see a right-facing arrow between your email and the advertisement. Click on this arrow.
3)The ad will get hidden temporarily.
(
Important: This blocks the ads temporarily only and as soon as you perform the actions like refreshing the Yahoo Mail page, marking a particular email as spam, replying to an email, or just clicking on any of the sections in the navigation-menu located on the left of the page, a new ad may pop up again).
