Question about Cuisinart DCC-3000 Coffee on Demand 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker C
My coffee maker leaks continuously out of the coffee reservoir. Tried decaulking and cleaning. No use.
a 6ya Repairman can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Talked to Cuisinart tech support today and they told me to unplug and leave it for 2 hours... that resets it to the factory defaults. Worked for me...

Turn the function knob to Auto Off
Hold down the hour button til you see the clock display blinking
you can then use the Hour and Minute buttons to program how long you want the coffee maker to stay on.
You can choose from 0 minutes (seems to be what you have it set on now) to 4 hours.

There are a couple of possibilities. I would try an unconventional decalcifying process - let 1/2 a caraffe of distilled white vinegar and 1/2 caraffe water sit in the reservoir for a full hour with the coffeemaker unplugged. At the end of the hour, plug the coffeemaker back in and turn it on - once a small amount of vinegar and water brews through, turn the coffeemaker off. Let sit for an additional 20 minutes. Then turn the coffeemaker back on and let the rest of the vinegar/water brew thorugh.
If the machine doesn't take the vinegar/water at all, call Cuisinart and find out if your are still in-warranty. If you are, get the machine replaced. If you are out of warranty, you can remove the bottom of the coffeemaker (difficult), and look at the bottom - likely you will see a loose hose. You can get a Ace Hardware or True Value Hardware salesperson to find an adhesive that will put it back together, or get a generic replacement hose - original parts would not be available except by buying a broken Cuisinart in the same model.
My two cents.

SOURCE: coffee pot won't turn on
The parts to repair a problem of this magnitude are generally not available. The DCC-2000 has a thre-year warranty. I would call Cuisinart and see if you can get an in-warranty replacement. I have a high opinion of cuisinart and their products, but this particular coffeemaker, I do not personally reccomend.
