Question about O2 Cell Phones
Nexus 5 receives no dns from o2 hotspot. All other wifi works fine. Have tried various resets, phone is on hotspot but no dns is given.
The DNS info is provided via DHCP which is given out by the hotspot. You may want to A) try and simply reboot the phone and B) go into your settings > wireless and press and hold on the hotspot SSID (wireless name) and forget it. Then re-connect. Otherwise I would say it's an issue with the hotspot.
If you need to check any DNS query for website visit the site WhoisXY.com .
